Therefore, you must complete your payment before receiving the product.

  • Proceed with your order only when you’re confident about the product.

In most cases, we deliver instantly after receiving payment.
However, depending on product type and availability, delivery may take between 1 hour to a maximum of 24 hours.

2. Refund Policy

Since all products are digitally delivered and non-returnable, refunds are generally not applicable once the product has been delivered or activated.
Please note the following:

  • Refunds are only applicable if we fail to deliver the product or service as promised.
  • Once an order or delivery is confirmed, no refund requests will be accepted.
  • If a refund is approved (in rare cases), it may take 24 hours to 7 business days to process through our system.
  • If a product faces any issue in the future, we will try to provide full warranty support as per our internal warranty period and policy.

⚠️ Some digital products have a limited warranty period. If this period expires or if the user violates any service rule or policy (e.g., platform misuse, policy violation), the warranty becomes invalid.

💡 Even in cases where a full replacement is not possible, you may be eligible to receive another equivalent product from our website — but no cash refund will be issued.

We do not offer “money-back guarantees” for any product, as our products are digital and verified before delivery.

3. Exchange Policy

We only offer an exchange if:

  • We fail to deliver the purchased product; or
  • The delivered product is non-functional or invalid at the time of delivery.

In such cases, we will provide either a replacement product or store credit of equal value to purchase another product.

Please note:

  • Once a product has been used, activated, or accessed, it cannot be exchanged.
  • If you mistakenly purchased the wrong product, you must inform us within 12 hours of the purchase. While we cannot guarantee, we will do our best to assist you in switching to the correct product.
